Refund Policy

We offer a 10-day return or exchange policy for unworn, unwashed items with the original tags attached. To process your return or exchange, please include a copy of the invoice along with a brief explanation for the return.

Returns must be sent to our designated address using a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered mail. Kindly note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will process either an exchange or a refund within 3 business days.

Step 1: Repackage the Goods

Ensure that the return form and the items you wish to return are properly packaged.

Step 2: Delivery

Return the items to Toshakhanna’s address as provided.

However, we will be unable to process your exchange request if:

• The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame (within 5 days of delivery).
• The product is damaged due to use or has been tampered with.
• Anything is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packing, and order invoice.
